You must have a valid reason to initiate on someone else. A few reasons to initiate are: watching someone commit an illegal act, seeing an individual leave a redzone, somebody having a visible weapon/bladed article, if you see somebody use an ATM or leave a gun store.
Killing/Damaging someone on purpose without valid initiation. Valid initiation is gained by giving a clear demand with a weapon in hand, whilst also being visible to the individual and not mid-equip/rolling. Initiation lasts 10 minutes. If the person you initiate on fails to meet your demands (roll, withdraw a weapon, start their car engine, continue driving after initiation, have a gang member attempt to kill you) then you are able to execute. You must allow 5 seconds for an individual to comply with your demands. If you kill somebody who is complying or shoot them before they have a chance to comply, you will be banned for RDM. If there are multiple gangs/people in a crowded area, your initiation must be clear on who you are attempting to initiate on (describe their clothing they are wearing). If an individual tries to damage/kill you by shooting towards you without initiation - you are allowed to kill them as self-defence. This is classed as 1:1 initiation so other members of either gang cannot get involved without initiating separately. This also applies if somebody is lockpicking your car/or gets in your car's driving seat to attempt to rob it - you are able to execute the individual on a 1:1 basis.
You can only use your vehicle as a weapon when you have valid initiation. If you ram someone’s vehicle damaging/disabling it without initiation; you will be banned for VDM. Using helicopters/planes to damage a player/vehicle is also classed as VDM.
Causing disruption in a way to aggravate or upset others is not tolerated. Examples: Spamming your microphone, knocking somebody out constantly, causing disruption to events, constantly annoying and harassing an individual/group.
Using information, found or given out of game, then using it as an advantage in a situation. Examples - Using OOC chat to find out information and stream-sniping individuals to gather information in game.
Abusing game mechanics that is unrealistic that gives you an advantage in game. Example - Changing your car's appearance whilst under initiation without visiting a garage (aka. Livery swapping). Entering a different bucket to avoid capture. Using in-game designated teleports to get around the map quicker whilst in an active situation (followed/under initiation).
Mocking an individual based on their race, religious beliefs, sexuality or disability. This rule is enforced across everything related to HDN (discord channels/private messages included).
If deemed to be wasting time of HDN staff, you will be banned for Wasting Admin Time.
You cannot disconnect from the server whilst in an active situation or under initiation.
Taking advantage of bugs/glitches to gain an advantage.
You will be permanently banned if found to scam a member of the HDN community.
Groups larger than 5 must not take part in hostile RP. Players cannot be substituted mid-situation to increase overall numbers.
If a group allies with another to gain a number advantage over 5, all members can be banned for gang alliance.
You cannot respawn/return to the same area or situation for 10 minutes after death. You must not remember your previous life.
Driving unrealistically (using an on-road car on off-road terrain) is classed as GTA driving.
You must always value your life. Examples - If you are initiated directly from behind you or if your weapon is not equipped, you must surrender. If you deliberately take over 5 seconds to comply, it can be deemed as FTVL. If you take your own life during an active situation, it is also classed as FTVL.
An unrealistic scenario that is impossible to happen. Examples - Whilst under active initiation, withdrawing a new car from a garage spot.
Lowering the quality of RP. Examples - Restricting someone from talking, full-killing an individual under active CPR, using helicopters to take cars/trucks from those grinding. Keeping someone detained outside of roleplay for longer than 15 minutes can also be classed as Bad RP.
Non-consensual roleplay is not allowed.
Terrorist roleplay is not allowed.
Illegal content, doxing, violating someone's privacy intentionally, raiding, links to viruses, RATs, and any other harmful content is that violates the Discord Community Guidelines are all prohibited.
NSFW content is not allowed in the Discord server. This includes but is not limited to: pornography, gore, violence, and any other content that is not appropriate for work-safe environments.
